Dream2Journey is a service by Vanilla Travel SIA (Reg. No. 40203195498), Kapu iela 95, Jurmala, LV-2008, Latvia. We are the data controller for your personal data.

2. What data we collect

When you use Dream2Journey, we may collect:

• Dream text — the feelings and preferences you describe
• Email address — if you request expert validation
• Name and phone — if you provide them for validation
• IP address — for rate limiting and security
• Payment data — processed by Stripe (we never store card details)

3. How we use your data

• To generate personalized travel concepts using AI
• To provide expert validation services you request
• To send you results and service-related emails
• To improve our AI and service quality
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting)

4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Consent — you provide data voluntarily when submitting a dream
• Contract performance — processing your validation request
• Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention, service improvement

5. AI processing

Your dream text is processed by AI (Claude by Anthropic, via OpenRouter) to generate travel concepts. This is automated processing that creates a profile of your travel preferences. You can request human review of any AI-generated output.

6. Data sharing

We share data with:

• OpenRouter/Anthropic — AI processing of dream text
• Stripe — payment processing
• MailerLite — email delivery
• Railway — hosting infrastructure (EU)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Data retention

Dream data is retained for 12 months after creation, then automatically anonymized. Payment records are retained as required by accounting law (5 years).

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
